Fiery Cajun Alfredo

This one has a "fire in the belly" combination of herbs and spices mixed with Italian meatballs and tossed in fettuccine noodles.  If you can't stand the heat, don't order this from our kitchen.
   
     
Bleu Betty

Tender roast beef sauteed and topped with fresh bleu cheese and balsamic marinated red onions all served on grilled Texas toast with a side of our racy horseradish sauce.  This has the right amount of shiver and shake.

   
     
Meatball Sub

Italian meatballs on a fresh hoagie topped with fire roasted tomato sauce and provolone cheese.  Baked to a golden brown and served with extra fire roasted tomato sauce for dipping.
   
     
Chicken Marsala on Rice

Lightly floured chicken breast pan seared with sliced mushrooms and onions.  Then, BAM! flambeed in sweet Italian marsala wine.

   
     
Buffalo Chicken Flat Bread Pizza

Grilled flat bread topped with buffalo chicken, chopped red onions, gorgonzola and a five cheese blend.  Baked until golden brown and delicious.

   
     

Classic Chicken Pot Pie
