Marinated steak tips, shredded cheddar-jack cheese, sauteed onions, peppers and spanish rice in a jalapeno wrap garnished with lettuce, tomatoes and black olives. Served with salsa and sour cream.
Slow roasted beef and fried onions, grilled on marble rye with melted cheddar cheese. Served with mashed potatoes and Madiera sauce for dipping.
Grilled portabella mushrooms stuffed with sauteed onions, red peppers, green peppers and smoked gouda on a bed of penne pasta. Topped with a balsamic vinegar reduction.
Ten ounces of slow rasted beef topped with onions, red peppers, green peppers, and Madiera sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and vegetable du jour.
Fresh apples baked with caramel sauce and topped with a custard crust. Served with cinnamon ice cream. A great seasonal taste!
