The Blue Moose is capable of holding private parties ranging from office meetings to grooms dinners. We can accomodate guest lists of 10 to 60 people. The Blue Moose also has exclusive catering rights to The Ralph Englestad Arena. The Ralph is capable of parties from 20 to 1000.

Appetizer Buffet
$6.99 per person. Price includes two hot and two cold items. Each additional selection costs $1.79 extra per person.
Cocktail meatballs with sweet-n-sour or BBQ sauce, cocktail smokies with sweet-n-sour or BBQ sauce, egg rolls, mini assorted cheese curds with ranch, popcorn shrimp, chicken wings (Teriyaki, BBQ, Jamaican and Asian) and Spinach con queso with corn tortilla chips

Lunch Buffet
Lunch buffets are available from 11 am to 2 pm and cost $7.99 per person. Additional items may be added for $1.50 per person. One portion of each entree with be prepared for your guests and include soft drinks and coffee.
Sandwich bar (includes ham, turkey, roast beef, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions and two sides), build your own taco (includes hard or soft shells, taco meat, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and salsa), spaghetti with meatballs and bread du jour, roast beef/pork served with mashed potatoes and gravy (side included) or teriyaki chicken breast with side choice and bread du jour
soup du jour, poato chips, potato salad, house salad with choice of dressings, pasta salad or fruit plate (seasonal add 99 cents per person)

Choose 2 dinner entrees, one side item and one style of salad or soup.
6 oz Sirloin ($14.99/person), breaded or broiled jumbo prawns (3 piece $15.99/person or 5 piece for $20.49/person), chicken cordon bleu ($11.99/person), 12 oz prime rib with au jus ($17.99/person), broiled walleye ($15.99/person) or 1/2 rack of Norwegian BBQ ribs ($11.99/person)

Dinner Buffet includes choice of salad, vegetable, potato, soft drinks and coffee. We'll give one portion of each entree chosen per person. If items are chosen from two different price groups, the higher price applies. Additional entrees may be added for $1.99 from the $12.99 menu, $2.99 from the $14.99 mena and $3.99 from the $18.99 menu (price increase is per person).

Banquet Policies: Tax and 20% gratuity will be added to the price per person. Prices and products are subject to change. A signed buffet contract is required one week after you book your function to ensure everything is in place. If no contract is signed, all rules of the contract will be implied.
